Developer

Our client, a leading organization in the technology sector, is seeking a Developer to join their team. As a Developer, you will be part of the Software Engineering department supporting innovative projects and solutions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Developer Location: Spring, TX What's the Job? • Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions using C# and .NET technologies. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement scalable and reliable system architectures. • Participate in Agile Scrum processes including sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog refinement. • Contribute to system design patterns, performance optimization, and security standards. • Mentor team members and conduct code reviews to ensure best practices and code quality. What's Needed? • Bachelor's or master’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or an equivalent field. • At least 5 years of experience in Software Technology, particularly in a Software Engineering role using Agile methodologies. • Extensive experience with C# and .NET (including .NET Core/.NET 6+). • Strong knowledge of Frontend Development with React and system design patterns. • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team environment.
