Job Summary We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow HRSD Developer/Consultant to design, develop, and implement Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD) solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in HRSD modules, workflow automation, and platform customization, along with a solid understanding of HR processes to enhance operational efficiency and employee experience. Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow HRSD solutions, including Case & Knowledge Management, Employee Service Center, and HR Service Catalogs • Configure and customize workflows, forms, business rules, UI policies, and client scripts within the ServiceNow platform • Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and third-party HR systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors) using REST/SOAP APIs and IntegrationHub • Implement and manage HR lifecycle events such as onboarding, offboarding, and employee transitions • Collaborate with HR stakeholders and business analysts to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions • Ensure adherence to ServiceNow development best practices, focusing on performance, scalability, and security • Perform system testing, debugging, troubleshooting, and ongoing support • Create and maintain technical documentation, including solution design and configuration guides Required Skills & Qualifications • 5+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform development • Proven experience working with the HRSD (Human Resources Service Delivery) module • Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow scripting • Experience with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and web services (REST/SOAP) • Solid understanding of HR processes and service delivery frameworks • Familiarity with ServiceNow data model, CMDB, and Service Catalog • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills • Ability to work independently in a remote environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams Preferred Qualifications • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and/or HRSD Implementation Specialist certification • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies • Prior experience in large-scale HR transformation or digital HR initiatives
