Development Operations (DevOps/CMDB) Engineer

📍 Location: Stratford, London (Hybrid – 2 days WFO) ⏳ Contract Duration: 6 months (extension likely) We’re looking for an experienced DevOps/CMDB Engineer with strong ServiceNow expertise to manage and optimize CMDB (Configuration Management Database) processes and automation. 🔑 Key Responsibilities Maintain and optimize the CMDB to ensure accurate, complete, and reliable asset and service data Configure ServiceNow discovery, integrations, and automation workflows Implement quality controls and data governance for CMDB and related IT processes Collaborate with IT teams to improve asset visibility and service management efficiency Support platform enhancements, troubleshooting, and process standardization 🧠 Must-Have Skills Strong experience with CMDB design, management, and automation Hands-on experience with ServiceNow, including discovery and integrations Knowledge of DevOps practices within ITSM environments Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder collaboration skills 🎯 Nice to Have ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) Experience with enterprise-scale ITSM implementations 🚀 Why Join This is an opportunity to work on critical ServiceNow DevOps/CMDB processes, enabling accurate service and asset data across a major enterprise, while shaping automation and governance practices.
