Role and Responsibilities
Lead Cloud Transformation Programs: Architect and manage large-scale AWS and Azure migration initiatives to enhance scalability, resilience, and performance.
Design & Implement Cloud Solutions: Develop hybrid cloud strategies and infrastructure blueprints leveraging Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform and CloudFormation.
DevOps & Automation Enablement: Establish and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and Bitbucket Pipelines for automated deployments and reduced release cycles.
Technical Program Leadership: Direct program planning, execution, and delivery across cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with enterprise objectives and timelines.
Security & Compliance Oversight: Implement IAM, WAF, encryption, and identity access management frameworks (SailPoint, ForgeRock) to ensure data security and regulatory compliance.
Monitoring & Optimization: Leverage CloudWatch, Splunk, and New Relic for cost monitoring, performance tuning, and proactive system optimization.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Management: Partner with business leaders, architects, and engineering teams to ensure strategic alignment, effective communication, and successful project outcomes.
Continuous Improvement: Drive initiatives yielding 25%+ performance gains, 40% infrastructure cost savings, and faster delivery cycles through automation and agile practices
Minimum Qualification
10+ years in IT program or technical leadership roles
6+ years of hands-on experience in cloud architecture, DevOps, or hybrid cloud environments
Demonstrated record of delivering large-scale cloud modernization initiatives
Cloud platforms (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, VPC, IAM, AWS, Data Factory)
Infrastructure as Code: Terraform, CloudFormation
CI/CD tools: Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Bitbucket Pipelines
Containers & Orchestration: Docker, Kubernetes (deployment, scaling, monitoring)
Security & Compliance: IAM, WAF, encryption, SailPoint, ForgeRockMonitoring & Analytics: CloudWatch, Splunk, New Relic
Preferred Qualifications
Proven ability to lead enterprise IT programs and cross-functional teams
Strong skills in Agile, IT governance, and roadmap planning
