DevOps Engineer (DV CLEARED) • Contract Type: Contractor • Location: Basingstoke (fully onsite) • Rate: £550 per day (inside IR35) • Duration: 6 months • Start Date: ASAP We are seeking a DevOps Engineer to join a multi-skilled agile team, including security, service, and management, where teamwork is paramount. This role is based in Basingstoke and offers a daily rate of up to £550 per day for a contract duration of 6 months. Day-to-day of the role: • Report to the project’s Solution Lead. • Lead the evaluation of applications against the target operating environment to determine impacts and scale of integration activities, and support the initial security vulnerability analysis. • Provide application deployment and integration services for a set of existing 3rd party applications, operating on thick-client devices. • Deploy applications into the target-operating environment and integrate with other data sources and systems, according to agreed designs. • Collaborate with the Solution Lead, Application Engineer (Design), Security Consultant, and Test Lead to ensure that the deployment meets the security requirements and is accreditable. Required Skills & Qualifications: • Experience working in a DevOps environment and delivering DevOps pipeline toolsets. • Preferably experienced in working in an agile, sprint-based lifecycle. • Skilled at deploying applications into a Windows 10 environment. • Experienced in progressing applications through a structured change, deployment, and release process. • Clearance Required: DV Clearance is mandatory
