Role description
Our client, a leading organization in the financial technology sector, is seeking a DevOps Engineer to join their team. As a DevOps Engineer, you will be part of the Application Operations team supporting critical application services. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, proactive communication, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range:$50-$55/hr (W2)
What's the Job?
โข Support and enhance the reliability, performance, and compliance of application-specific services.
โข Manage the full lifecycle of application operations, including deployment, monitoring, incident response, automation, and stakeholder communication.
โข Design, implement, and maintain monitoring solutions to provide visibility into application health and performance.
โข Develop automation scripts and tools to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual effort.
โข Collaborate with development, QA, and support teams to ensure smooth deployment processes and high-quality service delivery.
What's Needed?
โข Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
โข Minimum of 5+ years of experience in application operations, DevOps, or site reliability engineering.
โข Hands-on experience with monitoring tools such as Splunk, Dynatrace, or similar platforms.
โข Proficiency in scripting, automation, and CI/CD pipeline development.
โข Strong understanding of microservices architecture, cloud-native technologies, and infrastructure-as-code practices.
