DevOps Engineer

Our client, a leading organization in the financial technology sector, is seeking a DevOps Engineer to join their team. As a DevOps Engineer, you will be part of the Application Operations team supporting critical application services. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, proactive communication, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: DevOps Engineer (ONLY W2) Location: Alpharetta, GA Pay Range:$50-$55/hr (W2) What's the Job? • Support and enhance the reliability, performance, and compliance of application-specific services. • Manage the full lifecycle of application operations, including deployment, monitoring, incident response, automation, and stakeholder communication. • Design, implement, and maintain monitoring solutions to provide visibility into application health and performance. • Develop automation scripts and tools to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual effort. • Collaborate with development, QA, and support teams to ensure smooth deployment processes and high-quality service delivery. What's Needed? • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field. • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in application operations, DevOps, or site reliability engineering. • Hands-on experience with monitoring tools such as Splunk, Dynatrace, or similar platforms. • Proficiency in scripting, automation, and CI/CD pipeline development. • Strong understanding of microservices architecture, cloud-native technologies, and infrastructure-as-code practices.
