DevOps Engineer

TEKsystems is looking for a experienced DevOps engineer to join a team in Charlotte, NC. This is for a large enterprise environment that offers stability and opportunity to work with top technology. • 2+ years of hands on Experience in Containers - Configuration & complete Setup • 5+ years of experience in DevOps tools like Bitbucket, Ansible & XLR • 5+ years of highly experienced in using JIRA tools Description This role involves configuration and maintenance of Containers, JBoss servers, repos, builds and deployment plans components for multiple releases. This DevOps engineer will be responsible for containerizing this corporation's internal applications. Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes and Docker is required. Required Qualifications • Hands on Experience in Containers - Configuration & complete Setup • Experience in DevOps tools like Bitbucket, Ansible & XLR • Highly experienced in using JIRA tools • Experience in Java/J2EE technologies. • Hands on experience on Code Quality Tools like Sonar/Crucible • Experience on modern development methodology including Agile • Design, implement, and maintain cloud-based solutions using AWS, Azure, and/or GCP • Monitor and optimize cloud infrastructure performance • Develop and maintain automation scripts for cloud deployments Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Charlotte, NC.
