Role description
Responsibilities Kforce has a client that is seeking a DevOps Engineer in Hopkins, MN. This role requires working across a broad spectrum of technology and stakeholders. Responsibilities: β€’ DevOps Engineer will partner with application teams in their journey to Public Cloud β€’ Key technical lead and liaison between application teams and enterprise cloud migration initiative β€’ Identify end to end DevOps solutions, leverage best practices and patterns β€’ Self-starter who can pick up new technologies/skills, be comfortable with ambiguity and drive initiatives forward β€’ As a DevOps Engineer, you will roll up sleeves and get teams over tricky CI/CD challenges β€’ Upgrading.NET framework of existing apps, recommend and resolve upgrade issues β€’ Design, develop, test and deploy computer programs of high complexity, significance, and risk Requirements β€’ Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience β€’ Minimum 10 years of experience with developing and implementing applications and end-to-end solutions β€’ At least 5 years of progressive experience with the concepts and tools behind the design and implementation of best-in-class CI/CD, application monitoring and resilience on Public Cloud β€’ Good understanding of SDLC and/or Agile The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future. We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave. Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable.
