About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled DevOps Engineer to design, build, and optimize cloud-native solutions supporting high-performance applications and CI/CD pipelines. The ideal candidate has strong software engineering fundamentals, experience in modern cloud environments, and a passion for automation and scalable architectures.
Key Responsibilities
• Design and implement cloud-native DevOps solutions across AWS/Azure/GCP
• Deploy and manage serverless and containerized applications (Lambda/Azure Functions, Docker, Kubernetes)
• Develop, enhance, and support CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Jenkins)
• Collaborate with engineering teams to build scalable, secure, and high-availability systems
• Drive automation for deployment, infrastructure management, and monitoring
• Troubleshoot complex distributed systems using cloud-native observability tools
• Apply strong software engineering practices including TDD, refactoring, and code reviews
• Work in an Agile environment, contributing to sprint planning, estimation, and delivery
• Stay current with emerging DevOps trends and AI/ML/GenAI integrations where applicable
• Ensure security best practices across applications and infrastructure
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• 4+ years of experience in software or DevOps engineering
• Hands-on experience with:
• SQL & NoSQL databases
• Cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, and/or GCP
• Container and orchestration tools: Docker, Kubernetes
• Serverless platforms: Lambda, Azure Functions
• Modern programming languages (Python, C#, TypeScript) and frameworks (React, .NET)
• Experience with:
• Continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD)
• Infrastructure automation and code quality best practices
• Observability tools (logging, metrics, tracing)
• Testing frameworks (JUnit, RSpec, Selenium, etc.)
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies
• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving environments
• Passion for learning and innovation, especially with modern tech like LangChain, LlamaIndex, GenAI (a plus)
Preferred Skills
• Prior experience building B2B and consumer-facing products
• Hands-on work with IaC tools (Terraform, ARM Templates, CloudFormation)
• Knowledge of application security and DevSecOps practices
• Proven ability to deliver high-availability, scalable, and secure systems
