Senior DevOps Engineer Location: London (2/3 days onsite) Contract Type: 6-month contract Interview Process: 2-stage interview Overview: TwentyAI’s customer is a global financial data and infrastructure provider, delivering mission-critical technology to support risk, trading, and regulatory functions across international markets. The Group Risk IT function supports a centralised risk division through high-performance systems, soon transitioning to AWS and Snowflake. We’re looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to lead the design, build, and automation of cloud infrastructure and deployment pipelines for core risk platforms. Key Responsibilities: • Design and implement DevOps solutions in AWS. • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitLab, Terraform, and Ansible. • Automate infrastructure provisioning, deployments, and monitoring. • Collaborate with development teams to ensure reliable, secure cloud operations. • Lead efforts around process automation, performance tuning, and system observability. • Support ongoing transition from on-premise systems to AWS cloud. Required Skills: • Proven experience in a DevOps Cloud Engineer role. • Strong hands-on experience with AWS. • Proficiency with GitLab CI/CD, Terraform, Ansible, and Linux environments. • Good understanding of DevOps best practices and Agile methodologies. • Ability to troubleshoot, monitor, and secure cloud environments. Desirable: • Familiarity with Docker, Packer, and vulnerability scanning tools. • Experience working in Agile teams and cross-functional environments.
