Green Card, EAD and US Citizens are encouraged to apply Location: Charlotte, North Carolina or Plano, TX Position type: Long term contract / contract-to-hire possible Job Responsibilities • Troubleshoot complex technical challenges, ensuring system stability, performance, and scalability. • Knowledge of automation / DevOps tools – Ansible, Jenkins, Bitbucket • Develop dashboards with Grafana to monitor real time logs, server health check etc. • Performs spike/proof of concept as necessary to mitigate risk or implement new ideas. • Troubleshoot and analyze issues with failed deployments. Education Qualifications: • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. • Required Skills • Proficiency in languages like Shell Scripting. • Experience with automation tools and CI/CD pipelines. • Unix background with experience of supporting containerized application. (Podman, Docker, Openshift, or Kubernetes.) • Understanding of storage and data replication platforms: CEPH, Ozone, HDFS. • Strong understanding of Unix/Linux principles and security. • Drive data visualization and analytics initiatives using Tableau, Grafana and Apache superset. • DevOps Practices. • In-depth knowledge of relational databases Postgres. • Experience with Hadoop.
