DevOps Specialist

Senior DevOps Specialist Location: Dearborn, MI 48124 Schedule: Hybrid, 4 days onsite Pay Rate: Up to $76.10/hour, depending on experience • • NO C2C or C2H • • Position Summary We are seeking a seasoned Senior DevOps Specialist to lead the development, testing, and maintenance of infrastructure and tools that support software development, deployment, and release. This role is pivotal in driving automation and accelerating the software lifecycle through modern DevOps practices. Key Responsibilities • Champion DevOps methodologies across the software product lifecycle. • Accelerate secure and reliable software releases while minimizing risk. • Implement CI/CD pipelines and continuous feedback loops to improve release velocity. • Evaluate existing systems and processes to identify and implement improvements. • Leverage enterprise platforms and tools to support DevOps strategies. • Manage code/software deployments across multiple environments (production, testing, sandbox). • Lead automation initiatives and drive innovation throughout the development lifecycle. Required Skills • Proficiency in scripting languages. • Experience with Microsoft SQL Server. • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows environments. Preferred Skills • Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (GCP). • Understanding of JSON data structures. Experience • Required: 7+ years in a relevant DevOps or infrastructure engineering role. • Preferred: Experience in cross-functional teams or enterprise-scale environments.
