Title: Digital Advertising Analyst Location: Remote, but must be local to CUL Duration: 12 Months Additional Information: Years of Experience Required: Level III (5-7 years) Summary The Paid Media Intelligence (PMI) team is seeking a Digital Advertising Analyst to support reporting, automation, and finance workflows for high-impact paid media campaigns. This is a contract position focused on building Tableau dashboards, reconciling vendor invoices, and improving internal tooling for creative and performance reporting. Ideal candidates are Tableau-savvy, detail-oriented, and comfortable working across both technical and operational domains. Key Responsibilities Design and maintain Tableau dashboards to support paid media performance and creative reporting Translate stakeholder needs into clean, intuitive visualizations with well-defined KPIs Reconcile vendor invoices and assist with purchase order tracking for marketing campaigns Build lightweight scripts (Python preferred) to automate internal data workflows Participate in tool evaluations and contribute feedback to improve team efficiency Qualifications 5+ years of experience in marketing analytics or media reporting Strong Tableau development skills, including calculations, formatting, and dashboard design Familiarity with paid media KPIs across channels like Display, Social, SEM, and Affiliate Working knowledge of Python, SQL, and AI tools for data transformation or automation tasks Experience working in Agile environments, especially in Jira. Clear communicator with strong attention to detail and ownership mindset
