Digital Advertising Analyst (Paid Media) - Remote
This is a 12-month, full-time (40 hours/week), remote or on-site contract role located in Culver City, CA.
Summary
Weโre seeking a Digital Advertising Analyst to join the Paid Media Intelligence team, supporting data automation, reporting, and financial tracking for high-impact paid media campaigns. This role will help strengthen data-driven decision-making across marketing initiatives by developing efficient dashboards and streamlining operational workflows.
Our Ideal Candidate
โข 5+ years of experience in marketing analytics or media reporting
โข Passion for digital advertising and data-driven storytelling, with a strong foundation in reporting and automation
โข Proficient in Tableau, with strong visualization, calculation, and dashboard design skills
โข Familiar with Python, SQL, and AI tools for workflow automation and data transformation
โข Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional marketing, finance, and analytics teams
โข Able to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
โข Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities, tools, and timelines
โข Strong written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail
โข Ownership mindset and proactive problem-solving abilities
Job Description
In this role, you will design, build, and maintain Tableau dashboards that support paid media performance and creative reporting. Youโll partner with marketing, finance, and analytics stakeholders to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights. This includes reconciling vendor invoices, managing purchase order tracking, and automating internal data workflows using tools like Python.
You will also contribute to tool evaluations and process improvements, supporting the Paid Media Intelligence teamโs overall efficiency and reporting accuracy.
Education And Experience
โข Bachelorโs degree in marketing, analytics, data science, or equivalent practical experience
โข Background in marketing analytics, media performance reporting, or digital campaign operations
โข Experience working in Agile environments (e.g., Jira) preferred
Additional Requirements
This opportunity is remote and is remote or on-site in Culver City.
The pay for this W-2 position is $66.52 per hour.
This position may be eligible for PTO, health and dental insurance, and/or 401(k) benefits upon meeting certain length of service and hours requirements.
