Digital Analytics Analyst / Senior Analyst
Salary: $71.85 to $82.30 hourly
Description
We are looking for an experienced Digital Analytics Analyst / Senior Analyst to join our team in Cincinnati, Ohio. This is a long-term contract position where you will leverage advanced data analytics to support business strategies and drive performance improvements. By collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will help develop actionable insights and deliver strategic recommendations to enhance decision-making processes.
Responsibilities
• Perform complex data analysis to uncover trends, identify opportunities, and address business challenges.
• Design, develop, and automate dashboards, reports, and key performance indicators to monitor business health.
• Present analytical findings and detailed recommendations to stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data insights with business goals and performance drivers.
• Proactively identify and escalate risks or issues that could impact customers or business objectives.
• Utilize statistical modeling and data visualization tools to provide actionable insights.
• Conduct A/B testing and other experimental methods to optimize business strategies.
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy across all reporting and analytics processes.
• Leverage cloud-based technologies, such as Snowflake, to analyze and manage large datasets.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Analytics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in analytics, data science, or a quantitative discipline.
• Proficiency in statistical modeling and analysis using Python.
• Expertise in data visualization tools such as Tableau.
• Hands-on experience with cloud-based platforms, including Snowflake.
• Advanced skills in Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Familiarity with financial services, including credit, marketing, or digital marketing, is preferred.
• Strong understanding of A/B testing and experimental design methodologies.
