Job Summary – Digital Analytics Analyst/Senior Analyst
• Perform advanced analytics to support business strategy and resolve business issues.
• Develop and automate dashboards, reports, and KPIs to track business health and key trends.
• Present insights and strategic recommendations to business leaders for decision-making.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to understand data requirements and business objectives.
• Escalate and manage risk or customer-impacting issues effectively and promptly.
• Utilize strong data visualization skills in Tableau and data analysis using SQL (preferably in Snowflake).
• Apply 5+ years of analytics or quantitative experience, preferably in financial services.
• Leverage experience with statistical analytics tools such as Python and/or SAS.
• Requires Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Analytics, Mathematics, or related field.
• Role is onsite in Riverwoods, IL; local candidates with financial services experience are required.
