Role description
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Research Analyst III to support media and website performance analytics for a leading healthcare organization. This role focuses on analyzing digital marketing and web data to deliver actionable insights that enhance marketing strategies targeting healthcare professionals. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop data-driven reports, presentations, and optimization recommendations. Key Responsibilities: β€’ Collect, compile, and analyze digital media performance data from banners, email, and other marketing channels β€’ Analyze website traffic and user behavior using Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics β€’ Develop and deliver data-driven marketing presentations with insights and optimization recommendations β€’ Collaborate with media, search, and social teams to produce integrated performance reports β€’ Identify opportunities to optimize digital campaigns across multiple channels β€’ Communicate complex analytical findings clearly to technical and non-technical audiences β€’ Create compelling visuals and performance dashboards to support business decisions β€’ Transform and submit performance data to internal systems using Tableau Prep Builder β€’ Coordinate with stakeholders to prepare tagged URLs and manage banner deployment using Campaign Manager 360 β€’ Stay current with evolving digital marketing metrics and emerging technologies Required Qualifications: β€’ Bachelor’s degree in marketing, analytics, business, or a related field β€’ Four to six years of experience in digital marketing analytics or web performance analysis β€’ Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry preferred β€’ Proficiency with Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Tableau, and Campaign Manager 360 β€’ Strong analytical, data interpretation, and problem-solving skills β€’ Experience integrating web and email data into strategic marketing presentations β€’ Excellent communication, presentation, and client collaboration skills β€’ Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Preferred Qualifications: β€’ Experience with User Experience, Search Engine Optimization, and dashboard development β€’ Knowledge of data visualization and reporting best practices Benefits: The Company offers the following benefits for this position, subject to applicable eligibility requirements: medical insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, life insurance, long-term disability insurance, short-term disability insurance, paid parking/public transportation, paid time off, paid sick and safe time, hours of paid vacation time, weeks of paid parental leave, and paid holidays annually – as applicable.
