Digital Change & Project Support Analyst

Location: Ipswich (Hybrid Working) Salary: £31,000 – £34,000 per annum 6 Month Fixed Term Contract (Potential to go permanent) Are you ready to be part of a major digital transformation? Our client, a market-leading organisation, is implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 across its UK operations and is seeking a Project & Change Support Analyst to help deliver this exciting journey. This position is ideal for someone with experience in business analysis, project support, or change management who’s keen to gain hands-on exposure to a large-scale D365 implementation project. Role Overview • Support the rollout and adoption of D365 across multiple business areas • Assist with process mapping, documentation, and impact assessments • Coordinate & track change requests, ensuring accurate project documentation • Prepare training materials, user guides, and internal communication • Support workshops and user training sessions • Monitoring user feedback and adoption to identify improvement opportunities Essential Experience • Demonstrable experience working within a similar role (BA, PM, etc) • D365 (CRM or ERP modules) • Requirements gatherin, process mapping & gap analysis • Confident using Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Azure DevOps, or Visio • Familiarity with PowerBI • Experience working in Agile or hybrid project environments Apply Now!
