Job#: 3037782 Job Description: Apex Systems is hiring a Digital Data Analyst (CJA focus) for a large healthcare client. Location: Fully remote anywhere in the United States. โ€ข YOU MUST BE AUTHORIZED TO WORK IN THE US WITHOUT SPONSORSHIP. This is a 6-month contract with a possibility to extend or convert. Role Overview This position offers an opportunity to connect business objectives with site usage metrics. The role involves pioneering behavioral usage tracking and collaborating with product and business teams to demonstrate the impact of data-driven decisions. The work will help shape the future of the organization's digital landscape by creating experiences that meet and exceed member expectations. Key Responsibilities โ€ข Create, modify, and update dashboards for assigned feature sets. โ€ข Monitor dashboards, investigate anomalies or unexpected behavior, and communicate findings. โ€ข Check new tracking in lower-level environments to ensure adherence to standards. โ€ข Attend daily stand-ups with agile development teams. โ€ข Participate in design reviews for new development work to understand the purpose and formulate measurements for success. โ€ข Contribute to daily Data Analytics touch-bases to maintain internal alignment. โ€ข Facilitate ad hoc design and requirements reviews with analytics team members. โ€ข Engage in weekly discussions with the Analytics Launch Developer to coordinate with Agile Development Teams. Required Qualifications Education: A bachelor's degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field is required. Experience: A minimum of 10 years of experience in behavioral analytics, specializing in Adobe Analytics and Customer Journey Analytics is required. Candidates must have experience with custom report and dashboard creation using Adobe Customer Journey Analytics workspaces, and extensive experience in tying digital analytics tracking requirements to business goals. Technical Skills: Proficiency in data visualization and the ability to critically evaluate designs to ensure alignment with business objectives and site performance are necessary. Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data sets are also required. Preferred Qualifications โ€ข Adobe Customer Journey Analytics Business Practitioner Professional Certification. โ€ข Background in the health care industry. โ€ข Experience with user experience (UX) design principles. โ€ข Familiarity with agile project management methodologies.
