Role description
Responsibilities • Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, customer behavior, and industry insights. • Analyze marketing data, including campaign performance, customer segmentation, and conversion rates, to identify areas for improvement and growth opportunities. • Develop and maintain marketing dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular updates to the marketing team and management. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop marketing strategies and campaigns based on data-driven insights. • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, making recommendations for optimization and improvement. • Identify and implement marketing automation and data analytics tools to streamline processes and enhance marketing performance. • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in marketing analytics. • Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold the firm’s respectful and courteous work environment. Qualificatons:. • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field. • Proven experience as a Marketing Analyst or similar role, with a strong background in data analysis and marketing research. • Proficient in using data analytics tools such as Google Analytics, CRM systems, and marketing automation platforms. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and draw actionable insights. • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work with large datasets. • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present findings and recommendations to stakeholders. • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools. • Knowledge of statistical analysis and modeling techniques is a plus. Pay Rate Range 18 - 23 USD daily
