Job Summary
We are seeking a highly detail-oriented Digital Marketing Analyst with a strong foundation in statistics and marketing analytics. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on data-driven problem solving and can translate complex datasets into clear, actionable insights that inform marketing and product strategies.
Key Responsibilities
โข Build, maintain, and optimize data-driven models, including experimentation frameworks, forecasting algorithms, and machine learning models to improve campaign performance and identify trends
โข Translate business needs into analytical frameworks and communicate model outputs into clear, actionable insights for marketing and product stakeholders
โข Develop and maintain performance benchmarks across digital marketing channels
โข Create, manage, and automate content taxonomies to support attribution and performance analysis
โข Apply natural language processing (NLP) and topic modeling techniques to analyze consumer feedback, sentiment, and competitive insights
โข Analyze content performance across paid, organic, and total channel strategies
โข Leverage social listening and analytics tools to generate audience and consumer insights
Required Qualifications
โข Bachelorโs degree or equivalent experience
โข 2โ5 years of experience in data analytics, marketing analytics, data science, or a related field
โข Strong understanding of statistical concepts and methodologies
โข Proficiency in Excel or Apple Numbers
โข Experience working with cross-functional teams including marketing, creative, social, and data science
โข Deep understanding of social media metrics across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, and Facebook
โข Experience analyzing content performance across paid and organic channels
โข Proficiency with social listening, competitive analysis, and audience insight tools
โข Ability to read and analyze large volumes of content in Simplified Chinese
Preferred Qualifications
โข Experience writing and querying in SQL
โข Proficiency in Python or R for data analysis
โข Familiarity with SEO metrics and performance tracking
โข Experience building and maintaining marketing taxonomies
