Job Title: Analyst, Digital Marketing Location: Remote (Must reside within 100 miles of Cupertino, CA; Culver City, CA; or Seattle, WA) Duration: 12-Month Contract Pay Rate โ€ข Culver City, CA: $68.08/hour โ€ข Cupertino, CA: $72.59/hour โ€ข Seattle, WA: $72.01/hour Job Summary We are seeking a highly detail-oriented Digital Marketing Analyst with a strong foundation in statistics and marketing analytics. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on data-driven problem solving and can translate complex datasets into clear, actionable insights that inform marketing and product strategies. Key Responsibilities โ€ข Build, maintain, and optimize data-driven models, including experimentation frameworks, forecasting algorithms, and machine learning models to improve campaign performance and identify trends โ€ข Translate business needs into analytical frameworks and communicate model outputs into clear, actionable insights for marketing and product stakeholders โ€ข Develop and maintain performance benchmarks across digital marketing channels โ€ข Create, manage, and automate content taxonomies to support attribution and performance analysis โ€ข Apply natural language processing (NLP) and topic modeling techniques to analyze consumer feedback, sentiment, and competitive insights โ€ข Analyze content performance across paid, organic, and total channel strategies โ€ข Leverage social listening and analytics tools to generate audience and consumer insights Required Qualifications โ€ข Bachelorโ€™s degree or equivalent experience โ€ข 2โ€“5 years of experience in data analytics, marketing analytics, data science, or a related field โ€ข Strong understanding of statistical concepts and methodologies โ€ข Proficiency in Excel or Apple Numbers โ€ข Experience working with cross-functional teams including marketing, creative, social, and data science โ€ข Deep understanding of social media metrics across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, and Facebook โ€ข Experience analyzing content performance across paid and organic channels โ€ข Proficiency with social listening, competitive analysis, and audience insight tools โ€ข Ability to read and analyze large volumes of content in Simplified Chinese Preferred Qualifications โ€ข Experience writing and querying in SQL โ€ข Proficiency in Python or R for data analysis โ€ข Familiarity with SEO metrics and performance tracking โ€ข Experience building and maintaining marketing taxonomies Mathys+Potestio values applicants of all backgrounds and experiences.
