Role description
Job Summary:
The Media and Web Data Analyst will support marketing teams by analyzing digital media, website, and email performance data to deliver clear, actionable insights. This role focuses on synthesizing data into meaningful narratives, presentations, and reports that guide strategic decision-making. The position partners closely with media, search, and social teams to enhance marketing effectiveness, primarily for healthcare professional audiences.
Key Responsibilities:
β’ Collect, compile, and analyze performance data from digital media campaigns, including display, email, and related channels
β’ Analyze website traffic and user behavior using analytics platforms to identify trends and insights
β’ Develop marketing presentations and reporting decks that translate performance data into clear recommendations aligned with strategic goals
β’ Collaborate with media, search, and social teams to produce integrated performance reports
β’ Identify optimization opportunities across digital channels and campaigns
β’ Communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders through presentations and discussions
β’ Create compelling visuals and easy-to-track insights to support decision-making
β’ Transform and submit performance data to internal databases using data preparation and visualization tools
β’ Coordinate with stakeholders to support creative assets, tagged links, and handoff of media placements for deployment
Required Qualifications:
β’ Bachelorβs degree in marketing, analytics, business, or a related field
β’ Experience analyzing website, email, and media performance data in a marketing environment
β’ Proficiency with Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Tableau, and Campaign Manager 360
β’ Strong analytical, interpretation, and synthesis skills with the ability to tell a clear story using data
β’ Experience integrating web and email data into marketing presentations and reporting slides
β’ Excellent presentation, communication, and client service skills
β’ Ability to collaborate effectively in a cross-functional, agency-style environment
β’ Self-motivated with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple projects
Preferred Qualifications:
β’ Experience supporting marketing initiatives within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
β’ Exposure to user experience, search engine optimization, and website optimization recommendations
β’ Familiarity with data visualization and reporting best practices
β’ Interest in building and evolving dashboards as an area of growth
