The Role
Are you a data-driven problem-solver who can not only build robust tracking systems but also translate complex data into compelling, actionable insights? We're seeking a Digital Performance & Insights Analyst with a keen analytical mind, capable of diving deep into digital performance metrics and emerging with strategic recommendations that drive business growth.
In this role, you'll be instrumental in shaping our understanding of user behavior and campaign effectiveness. You'll move beyond raw numbers, connecting data points to strategic business objectives, and transforming datasets into clear, impactful narratives. Your expertise in data integration to insightful reporting will directly influence our digital strategy and decision-making processes.
Key Responsibilities:
β’ GA4 Expertise & Insight Generation: Act as a subject matter expert for Google Analytics 4 (GA4) data. Provide proactive, data-driven recommendations that address key business questions and unlock opportunities.
β’ Advanced Data Synthesis & Exploration: Harness the power of disparate data sources β SnowPlow, Sprinklr and platforms such as Linkedin, X, Meta or reedit β to extract, transform, and merge information. Conduct in-depth analytical explorations to identify patterns, anomalies, and strategic opportunities within rich, integrated datasets.
β’ Insightful Reporting & Storytelling: Move beyond basic reporting to design and maintain intuitive, high-impact data visualizations, dashboards, and reports using tools like Looker Studio, Tableau.
β’ Strategic Communication: Actively participate in cross-functional discussions, presenting analytical findings, challenging assumptions with data, and contributing to the strategic direction of our digital initiatives.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
β’ Native or fully proficient English.
β’ 2+ years of proven experience as a Digital Analyst or similar role, demonstrating a strong ability not only to manage and implement technical analytics solutions but also to critically interpret data, extract meaningful insights, and formulate actionable recommendations.
β’ Analytical Acumen: Proven ability to manage, understand, discuss, and work with analytics accounts, goals, properties, dashboards, reports, segments, and custom channel/content groupings β with a clear emphasis on using these tools to answer specific business questions and drive performance improvements.
β’ Google Analytics 4.
β’ Sprinklr and platforms back-office such as Linkedin, X, Meta, Reedit.
β’ Looker Studio (and other advanced data visualization tools like Tableau).
β’ PowerPoint Advanced presentation slide design.
Additional Skills (Preferred But Not a Must)
β’ Google Tag Manager (GTM) β advanced implementation and management.
β’ BigQuery Cloud data warehouse.
β’ JavaScript, Python, and SQL for data manipulation, integration, and analysis.
This role is office based (London/Madrid/Warsaw), it is expected you must be in the office 3 days a week with working from home an option for the rest of the week.
