Digital Shelf Analyst

Akkodis is Seeking a Digital Shelf Analyst/Content Specialist with strong hands-on experience in Salsify to manage product content, digital assets, and catalog data across retailer websites and marketplaces. The ideal candidate will have experience with content syndication, product data management, workflow automation, and data quality/governance within Salsify in New York, NY (100% Remote). Rate Range: $30/hour -$35/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors. Job Responsibilities • Manage and maintain product information within the Salsify Product Information Management (PIM) platform. • Ensure product content accuracy, completeness, and consistency across retailer websites and online marketplaces. • Build, maintain, and optimize Salsify workflows, automations, and publication channels. • Manage product catalog, SKUs, digital assets, and content syndication to retail partners. • Perform data validation, data governance, and quality assurance to maintain accurate product information. • Monitor digital shelf performance and identify content gaps or process improvement opportunities. • Audit retailer websites to ensure successful content publication and compliance with retailer requirements. • Generate ad hoc and recurring reports, scorecards, and performance metrics. • Collaborate with Marketing, Brand, IT, Data, and Retail teams to support digital commerce initiatives. • Document processes and provide training to internal stakeholders on Digital Shelf best practices. Required Qualifications • 3+ years of experience in Digital Shelf, eCommerce, Product Information Management (PIM), or Product Data Management. • Hands-on experience with Salsify is required. • Strong experience with: • Product Information Management (PIM) • Product catalog management • Content syndication • Workflow development and automation • Data modeling and data governance • Product data quality and integrity • Experience managing large product datasets and SKU catalogs. • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, formulas, data analysis). • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications: • Experience with Digital Shelf Analytics tools. • Experience working with retailer and marketplace product content. • Knowledge of Digital Shelf best practices and eCommerce operations. • Experience with process improvement and workflow optimization.
