Title: Senior Automation Data & Insights Analyst Address: REMOTE Duration: Ongoing contract Pay: 60-66/hr Description: The Senior Automation Data & Insights Analyst is responsible for enabling data-driven decision-making that accelerates Digital Transformation and automation strategy. This role drives analytics and performance insights across automation, AI, and self-service initiatives, providing business intelligence that fuels operational excellence and value realization. Skills/Experience Required: β€’ Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field (Master’s preferred). β€’ 7+ years of relevant experience in data analytics, automation insights, or digital transformation analytics. β€’ Proven experience supporting Contact Center analytics, preferably within a transformation or automation context. β€’ Strong understanding of Contact Center KPIs and metrics. β€’ Proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, SQL, and data modeling. β€’ Experience with RPA platforms (UiPath, Blue Prism), AI/Chatbot analytics, or Verint/Five9 data integration. β€’ Demonstrated ability to communicate analytical insights effectively to non-technical and executive audiences. β€’ Knowledge of machine learning and AI applications in contact centers Plusses: β€’ Experience supporting automation and AI analytics (RPA, NLP, Auto-QA, conversational AI). β€’ Strong proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, and SQL for data visualization and reporting automation. β€’ Working knowledge of Five9, Verint Cloud, and Salesforce Service Cloud data environments. β€’ Proven ability to measure ROI, value realization, and performance of automation initiatives. β€’ Familiarity with UiPath or other RPA platforms and related analytics tools. β€’ Excellent data storytelling and executive presentation skills. β€’ Strong collaboration and communication skills across business and technology teams. β€’ Passion for continuous improvement, automation innovation, and data-driven decision-making.
