Job Title: Digital Implementation Specialist Location: Durham, NC 27709 Duration: 12+ Months Contract/ Can be extended Shift : Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Pay Rate : $30 to $31/hr Responsibilities: Digital Implementation Specialist Education: BS degree is a minimum and candidates with certifications in digital tools and/or agile project management are preferred. Experience: Experience in maintaining integrity, compliance and quality when delivering solutions and completing tasks Experience ensuring proper data quality and structure for use by IT tools and systems Experience interacting with the following types of IT tools and topics: Dashboards, Master data, MS Office tools including MS Excel Supply chain, manufacturing and/or agricultural experience is preferred Knowledge/Skills: Ability to work in a dynamic environment with changing priorities Ability to work autonomously given initial direction Ability to work well within diverse teams Comfort troubleshooting technical software and using low code tools Ability to learn new tools and processes on the job Familiarity with Microsoft tools and integrations such as: MS Teams, PowerBI, SharePoint, Dynamics, and Power Platform Ability to communicate in Portuguese is a plus Responsibilities: Objective: Evaluate the potential for digitalization of operations Activities: Share possibilities and potential with site leadership teams. Provide recommendations and priorities for implementation. Coordinate with cross-functional teams globally to gather requirements and ensure successful deployment. Suggest best-fit IT tools and digital solutions to improve given workflows Document processes, lessons learned, and best practices for future rollouts Deliver training materials, documentation for systems and data flows and provide user trainings Comments/Special Instructions Candidates are expected to work a hybrid schedule, generally 3-4 days in office. Comfort with low-code tools is preferred. Digital tools will serve teams in supply chain with a focus in agriculture (seeds supply).
