Position Type: β€’ Contract β€’ On-Site Required: β€’ BA/BS Degree preferably in information technology, Business Administration, communication Science or related discipline, OR 3 year’s equivalent professional experience. β€’ 3+ years of: β€’ Related software operation/training experience which would include Office 365 Apps, MS Copilot skills. β€’ Experience using PowerBI and/or MS Excel to create KPIs, scorecards, reports and dashboards. β€’ Experience conceptualizing and implementing new tracking or reporting systems. β€’ 3+ years of experience with databases (e.g. Oracle, AWS) and coding languages (e.g. SQL, VBA, VS Code, Python). β€’ Knowledge of information system concepts and technologies. β€’ Written and oral communication and presentation skills. β€’ Ability to interface with the business to meet requirements and targets. β€’ Managing and working with data management and analysis, including understanding of various data structures and common methods in data transformation, data validation and visualization. β€’ Experience with data visualization tools and report writing systems preferred. β€’ Project management skills. β€’ Analysis and communication of complex systems. β€’ Analytical skills that allow for the development of data-driven reports. β€’ Ability to manage time and prioritize projects to meet deadlines, general project management experience. Responsibilities: β€’ Supports digitalization and innovation strategies within the Purchasing and Supplier Network Americas through collaboration with stakeholders, process partners. β€’ Responsible for the development of specific digitalization projects which support the overall strategy. Supports the industrialization of new vehicle project launches through implementation of supplier quality improvement initiatives. β€’ Identifies, evaluates, implements and manages communication initiatives and events for the Purchasing and Supplier Network Americas. β€’ Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to identify, plan, implement and manage digitalization projects to meet strategic needs of the Purchasing and Supplier Network Americas. β€’ This includes coding and development of these digitalization projects. β€’ Serves as the point of contact for technical inquiries, managing change management initiatives for the purpose of increased efficiency and reduced need for external service contracts and/or licenses. β€’ Serves as the point of contact for small to medium sized projects, conducts status meetings, and effectively drives projects to completion. β€’ Communicates and represents the department with requests, testing and deployment. β€’ Leads internal/external benchmarking activities for new technologies based on industry, internal and group entity standards and innovations. β€’ Creates, modifies and maintains process instructions and delivers education on new technologies for applicable systems and IT tools when needed especially as new projects are developed. β€’ Supports the new vehicle project launches during the initialization phase. β€’ Collaborates within cross-functional teams to ensure that project expectations are aligned and visible for discussion. β€’ Provides transparency for multi-project landscape affecting operations and identifies opportunities for quality improvement initiatives. β€’ Plans, develops and leads the implementation of identified initiatives. β€’ Develops and implements communication initiatives and events for the Purchasing and Supplier Network Americas with detailed content as appropriate for the intended audience. β€’ Supports shaping the divisions communications both internally and externally. β€’ Creates a detailed work plan which identifies and sequences the activities needed including effectively allocating resources to successfully complete assigned projects. β€’ Prepares, consolidates, and edits relevant and sometimes complex communications of the Americas, including Mexico and Brazil to create a marketable storyline for events (i.e.: Employee Meetings, Supplier Forums, Project Events, and Senior Management Meetings). β€’ Adheres to 5S and Safety Standards and Principles. β€’ Performs other duties as assigned by management.
