Location: Seattle, WA (Hybrid – 3 days onsite)

Job Description
This position supports the Global Supply Chain Responsible Sourcing team. As a Senior Data Analyst, you will drive analytics to support sustainability initiatives, ethical sourcing performance, and carbon footprint forecasting. Your insights will inform global leadership and help deliver measurable impact

Years Of Experience
• Minimum of 4+ years of experience within data analytics roles or discipline
Technology Requirements
• Proficient in PowerBI, Tableau,and Microsoft BI
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
Required Background - Skills
• Power BI, Tableau, and Microsoft BI – strong hands-on experience
• SQL or equivalent – skilled in working with large and complex datasets
• Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint – advanced proficiency
• Data visualization & storytelling – ability to convey trends and insights effectively
• 4+ years in data analytics roles
• 4+ years supporting corporate teams or administrative functions
• Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
• Self-starter with ability to work independently and cross-functionally
Daily Responsibilities
• Extract data using SQL from Oracle and other platforms for sustainability reporting
• Find data sources and reconcile manual data across thousands of Excel records with raw data from multiple sustainability and responsible sourcing platforms
• Build dashboards and reports using Power BI and Tableau
• Cleanse and reconcile data across thousands of records from various sources
• Prepare leadership-ready insights and analysis for Quarterly Business Reviews
• Forecast carbon reductions, costs, and calculate cost-share incentives
• Identify data trends, build narratives, and suggest process improvements
• Organize project documents and maintain structured data systems
• Collaborate with global stakeholders on responsible sourcing efforts

• Sustainability or environmental analytics experience (plus points)
• Experience in training delivery or leadership presentations
• Exposure to global supply chains or traceability processes
• Background or coursework in environmental science/sustainability frameworks
