Director, Data Intelligence & Analytics Duration: Full-Time Location:  Hybrid (Phoenix,AZ or West Des Moines, 3 days onsite) Overview: Seeking a hands-on, deeply technical Director of Data Intelligence & Analytics who can dive into architecture, engineering, and analytics while guiding organizational priorities, risks, and opportunities. This role leads a growing engineering team and drives the development of modern cloud, software, and data platforms to power AI, automation, and advanced analytics. Key Responsibilities • Lead the design and modernization of cloud?native data and analytics platforms across Azure, .NET, Python, and microservices. • Set enterprise data strategy and architecture direction for senior leadership. • Build scalable, governed data ecosystems that support AI/ML, predictive analytics, and real?time use cases. • Drive major transformation efforts including cloud migration, legacy modernization, automation, and engineering standards. • Manage and develop a 12+ person engineering team. • Partner with business, product, and architecture leaders to deliver high?value data solutions. • Enforce Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD practices to improve delivery speed and quality. Required Certification • FINRA Series 7 (must be earned within 12 months of hire).
