• Build scalable semantic models / datasets for enterprise reporting
• Ensure proper implementation of:
• Table relationships

• Optimize Power BI performance, scalability, and usability
BI Governance & Data Standardization

Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Partner with business stakeholders to define reporting and analytics requirements
• Collaborate with data engineering, cloud teams, and external vendors/consultants

• Improve documentation, communication, and cross-team alignment
Team Enablement & BI Best Practices
• Mentor and support BI developers, analysts, and technical contributors
• Drive adoption of structured BI development practices
• Eliminate silos and promote reusable analytics assets
• Act as a bridge between technical teams and leadership stakeholders
Project Environment
• Large-scale CRM transformation initiative (enterprise reporting impact)
• High-volume Power BI dashboard and reporting development
• Evolving and partially defined requirements
• Fast-paced delivery timelines with near-term UAT cycles
• Collaboration with internal teams and external consulting partners
• Growing need for BI standardization and governance maturity
Technical Environment
• Power BI (primary BI & visualization platform)
• SQL-based data environments
• CRM platform (enterprise-level)
• Power Platform (Power Apps exposure preferred)
