Role description
We are looking for a DLT Engineer to design and build core components of a Tokenized Deposits Platform for regulated, financial-grade digital money infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
• Design and develop DLT solutions for issuance, transfer, settlement, and redemption of tokenized deposits
• Build smart contracts / chaincode for deposit tokens
• Integrate DLT platforms with core banking systems such as KYC, AML, and payments
• Develop REST APIs and microservices for tokenized workflows
• Ensure security, privacy, identity, compliance, and auditability
• Collaborate with payments, architecture, and security teams
• Support and optimize production-grade distributed ledger networks
• Contribute to interoperability initiatives involving CBDCs, stablecoins, and interbank token systems
Required Skills
• 4–8 years of software engineering experience, including 2+ years in Blockchain / DLT
• Hands-on experience with Hyperledger Fabric, R3 Corda, Quorum, Besu, or private Ethereum
• Strong backend development skills in Java, Go, Kotlin, or Node.js
• Good understanding of token models, mint/burn flows, UTXO, and account-based systems
• Knowledge of payments and banking flows such as ACH, RTP, SWIFT, and ISO 20022
• Experience in building microservices, secure APIs, Kubernetes, CI/CD, GitHub, and cloud deployments
Preferred Skills
• Experience in digital assets, tokenization, settlements, or custody
• Exposure to CBDC or stablecoin architectures
• Knowledge of cryptography and key management
• Experience working in regulated financial environments
