Job Title: Duck Creek Policy Developer / Lead Location: Tampa, FL or Milwaukee, WI Type: Contract | [Onsite/Hybrid/Remote] Rate: $60 to $ 75 per Hr Role Summary: We are hiring a Duck Creek Policy Developer / Lead to design, configure, and implement solutions within the Duck Creek Policy platform. The role involves hands-on development, technical leadership, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable insurance products. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and configure Duck Creek Policy components using Author, Express, and Debugger • Lead technical delivery across multiple projects and environments • Translate business requirements into efficient, maintainable solutions • Integrate Duck Creek Policy with external systems via APIs and web services • Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and defect resolution • Mentor junior developers and support agile delivery processes Required Qualifications: • 5+ years of Duck Creek development experience, with strong focus on Policy • Proficiency in Duck Creek Author, TransACT, and integration frameworks • Solid understanding of P&C insurance workflows and product configuration • Experience with .NET, C#, XML, and SQL Server • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps practices Preferred Qualifications: • Duck Creek Policy certification • Experience with cloud deployments (Azure/AWS) • Prior work in insurance or financial services domain
