Duck Creek Skins Developer (contract)

We are seeking a skilled Duck Creek Skins Developer with strong expertise in CSS, JavaScript, HTML, and the Duck Creek Author platform to build, customize, and optimize UI/UX components across Duck Creek Policy, Billing, and Claims applications. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience developing skins, themes, and UI assets within the Duck Creek ecosystem and understands insurance product configuration workflows. Key Responsibilities UI / Skins Development • Design, develop, and maintain Duck Creek skins using CSS, JavaScript, HTML, and Duck Creek UI configuration tools • Customize the look and feel of Duck Creek applications to align with corporate branding guidelines • Implement responsive designs and ensure cross-browser compatibility Duck Creek Author Configuration • Work within Duck Creek Author to configure page layouts, templates, styles, and UI behaviors • Collaborate with product configuration teams to ensure UI aligns with rating structures, forms, and product requirements • Build and maintain UI components for Policy, Billing, or Claims modules Performance & Quality • Optimize front-end performance, accessibility, and user experience • Conduct UI testing and validation to ensure stable deployments • Troubleshoot and resolve UI defects across environments Collaboration & Delivery • Work closely with functional analysts, architects, QA testers, and business stakeholders • Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily standups, and reviews • Support deployment, release activities, and documentation The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $38.27/hour - $59.80/hour.
