Job Summary The Senior Business Analyst will play a key role in delivering business solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365. This role focuses on improving sales insights and customer service operations by translating business needs into well-defined epics, features, and user stories. The candidate will collaborate closely with onshore and offshore technical teams, Product Owners, and business stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of D365 solutions. Key Responsibilities • Lead analysis and design of business processes aligned with organizational goals using Microsoft Dynamics 365 platforms. • Conduct requirements workshops with business users; educate stakeholders on D365 capabilities. • Prioritize epics, features, and user stories in collaboration with Product Owners and Project Managers. • Create, refine, and manage user stories; ensure Definition of Ready (DoR) and Definition of Done (DoD) are clearly captured. • Work closely with onshore and offshore technical teams to ensure shared understanding of requirements. • Manage backlog grooming activities using Azure DevOps (ADO) or Jira. • Demo developed features to stakeholders, collect feedback, and convert feedback into actionable user stories. • Maintain a healthy, prioritized product backlog. • Ensure clear documentation of business requirements and functional specifications. • Provide ongoing support to offshore teams with daily touchpoints (1–2 hours as required). Required Qualifications • 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst / Functional Analyst with hands-on Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementations. • Strong functional knowledge of D365 Sales and Customer Service modules (Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities, Leads, SLAs, Timelines, Activities, Copilot, etc.). • Experience conducting requirements workshops and facilitating stakeholder discussions. • Proven experience writing user stories, epics, and features in Agile environments. • Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills. • Experience working with offshore delivery teams. Preferred / Nice to Have • Banking / Financial Services domain experience. • Experience with Customer Insights module. • Familiarity with Agile delivery frameworks and SDLC.
