Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Dynamics 365 Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) Engineer to design, implement, and manage automated deployment pipelines using Azure DevOps. This role will be responsible for establishing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, managing environment deployments, and ensuring reliable, repeatable, and secure release processes across Dynamics 365 environments.
The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Dynamics 365, Azure DevOps, and YAML-based pipeline automation, and understands best practices for ALM, source control, and environment governance.

Key Responsibilities
β’ Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for Dynamics 365 using Azure DevOps
β’ 10+ years of hands-on administration experience with Microsoft 365 in enterprise environments.
β’ Implement and manage end-to-end ALM processes across development, test, UAT, and production environments
β’ Write, maintain, and optimize YAML pipeline scripts for build, release, and deployment automation
β’ Manage solution packaging, versioning, and deployments using Dynamics 365 and Power Platform ALM best practices
β’ Automate environment provisioning, configuration, and deployments where applicable
β’ Collaborate with developers, architects, and functional teams to support reliable release cycles
β’ Monitor pipeline execution, troubleshoot deployment issues, and implement improvements
β’ Enforce governance, security, and compliance standards within deployment pipelines
β’ Document ALM processes, pipeline configurations, and operational procedures

β’ Experience managing Dynamics 365 / Power Platform ALM
β’ Strong hands-on experience with Azure DevOps
β’ Proficiency in YAML scripting for pipeline automation
β’ Experience with CI/CD concepts, release management, and deployment strategies
β’ Familiarity with source control (Git) and branching strategies
β’ Experience managing multi-environment deployments (Dev, Test, UAT, Prod)
β’ Ability to troubleshoot deployment failures and environment issues
