Power Platform / Dynamics CE Platform Analyst • We are looking for Business or Platform Analyst (Not a developer) with solid experience in Dynamics CE/CRM and/or Microsoft Power Platform (Preferred: Copilot exposure) Location: Open to 100% Remote - DFW (TX) preferred but open Hourly Pay: $55 per hour - Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k benefits available Overview Seeking a Dynamics CE/CRM (Power Platform & Copilot) Platform Analyst to support business analysis and QA for solutions across Power Platform, Copilot, and Dynamics 365 CE/CRM. This role focuses on requirements gathering, testing, UAT support, and issue resolution to deliver high-quality, business-focused solutio Responsibilities • Define requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria with stakeholders • Support UAT, issue triage, and resolution coordination • Review requirements and designs for business alignment and testability • Create and execute test cases, identify defects, and validate • Maintain traceability between requirements and testing • Manage backlogs, testing, and defects in Azure DevOps • Participate in Agile ceremonies and continuous improvement Required Qualifications • 5+ years of Business Analysis, QA, or related experience • 2+ years of hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 CE/CRM and/or Power Platform (both preferred • Strong Agile methodology experience • Proficiency with Azure DevOps • Experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, test cases, and troubleshooting • Strong communication and stakeholder management • Exposure to Copilot or AI capabilities within Microsoft platform Preferred Qualifications • Not required • Power Platform or Dynamics 365 certifications • Experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI is highly preferred • Experlogix experience (CPQ)
