Senior Dynatrace Engineer – Observability & APM – Hybrid (Vienna, VA) Job Title: Dynatrace Engineer Location: Hybrid, Vienna-VA Duration: Contract Experience: 7+ year Visa: Green Card/ USC and W2 (It's a client requirement) Salary: $60hr – $65/hr (negotiable) About the Role We are seeking a Senior Dynatrace Engineer to lead enterprise observability initiatives for a large-scale environment. This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing Dynatrace solutions across complex infrastructure and cloud ecosystems. Required Qualifications • 7+ years of experience in APM, infrastructure monitoring, or observability • 3+ years of hands-on Dynatrace implementation experience • Proven experience leading enterprise-scale Dynatrace deployments • Strong knowledge of Dynatrace components including OneAgent, ActiveGate, cluster management, APIs, and SmartStack • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and container technologies (Kubernetes, OpenShift) • Strong scripting experience with Python, Bash, or PowerShell • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools • Solid understanding of Linux and Windows systems administration • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Compensation Compensation: $60.00 – $65.00 per hour • This is the targeted compensation range for this role. Please note that this range is provided as a guideline and the final offer will be based on several factors, including but not limited to, skillset and competencies, level of experience, education, certifications, and location.
