Ecommerce Analyst (Contract)

This is an exciting opportunity to drive the growth of a fast‑scaling ecommerce function within a global leader in workspace. You will work directly with a senior commercial leader, shaping insights and strategy for a rapidly expanding digital revenue stream.
The Company
They are a major global provider of workspaces operating thousands of centres across multiple brands and markets. With a strong commercial focus and a founder‑led culture, they are investing heavily in digital performance and customer experience. Their ecommerce channel is already substantial and they are now looking to unlock the next phase of growth through data, insight, and optimisation.
The Role and Deliverables
• Establish the ecommerce performance baseline and define the key metrics that matter.
• Analyse web conversion flows using GA4 to identify optimisation opportunities across the lead journey.
• Run queries within Databricks to extract behavioural and performance insights from large datasets.
• Review app data in Amplitude to support secondary journey analysis.
• Partner with CRM teams to surface actionable insights on customer behaviour and propose commercial recommendations.
• Work closely with the commercial lead to quantify opportunities and build a data‑driven growth plan.
Your Skills and Experience
• Strong capability in SQL and experience working with Databricks for analytical queries.
• Deep hands‑on experience with GA4 including web analytics, user flow analysis, and conversion insights.
• Ability to work across multiple data sources including web and app analytics platforms.
• Comfort operating in a fast‑paced, start‑up style environment where you can stretch beyond pure analysis.
• Experience generating commercial insights, running experiments, and influencing product and CRM teams.
• Ability to quickly ramp up, prioritise what matters, and collaborate closely with senior stakeholders.
