Role description
Pay rate is $65 to $70 per hour 3 days onsite and 2 days remote Experienced Eagle Business Reporting Analyst to act as the primary liaison between business users and reporting/data teams within an investment management environment. This role is focused on gathering, documenting, and validating reporting requirements and ensuring accurate delivery of business and regulatory reports using the Eagle Investment Accounting platform. The role is highly business-facing and requires deep understanding of investment operations, portfolio accounting, and reporting processes, along with strong hands-on experience with Eagle. The Analyst will work closely with portfolio managers, operations, finance, performance, and compliance teams to translate business needs into clear reporting requirements and ensure delivered reports meet expectations through structured testing and validation. • Meet regularly with business users across investment operations, accounting, performance, compliance, and finance teams. • Facilitate workshops and discussions to understand reporting needs and business objectives. • Capture, analyze, and document detailed business and reporting requirements. • Translate business needs into clear, structured requirements for reporting and data teams. • Act as the main point of contact for all Eagle reporting-related requests and clarifications. • Work closely with users of Eagle Investment Accounting and reporting outputs to support reporting needs. • Understand and interpret data within Eagle including holdings, transactions, positions, valuation, performance, and accounting data. • Support enhancement and creation of standard and ad-hoc business reports. • Ensure reports align with business definitions, accounting rules, and operational requirements. • Help users interpret report outputs and resolve questions regarding data or calculations.
