Contractor will be working directly with the client team. Key deliverables include Eagle technical specifications, Eagle product components, Product configuration, test data preparation, test plans,test execution results.
Must Have's
• Experience in Eagle product suite, specifically on Eagle reference data and pricing modules
• Eagle data model
• Oracle PL/SQL

Serve as the technical subject matter expert for the Eagle STAR, Eagle PACE, Reference Data and Pricing modules.
Analyze and optimize investment data flows across multiple systems and databases
Design, develop, and maintain SQL Server and Oracle database solutions to support investment accounting operations
Review application architecture, connectivity, and integration points within the investment platform ecosystem
Identify technical vulnerabilities, debt, and opportunities for improvement in existing systems
Source and analyze data from multiple repositories (Git, JIRA, application inventories) to create comprehensive architectural documentation
Develop future state recommendations aligned with industry best practices and organizational goals
Create and maintain data models, ETL processes, and reporting solutions for investment accounting data
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement system changes and enhancements
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot complex data issues
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Finance, or related field (Master's preferred)
5+ years of experience as a data analyst or similar role in financial services or investment management
Proven expertise with Eagle Investment Accounting platform, including Eagle STAR and PACE modules
Advanced SQL skills with extensive experience in both SQL Server and Oracle environments
Strong understanding of investment accounting principles, workflows, and data requirements
Experience with data architecture, ETL processes, and data warehousing in financial contexts
Proficiency in reviewing and documenting application architectures and integration points
Demonstrated ability to identify technical debt and develop remediation strategies
Experience working with development tools such as Git and project management platforms like JIRA
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
