Role description

We are seeking a Business Analyst with deep knowledge of Eagle PACE to support data workflows, investment operations, and system enhancements. This role focuses on understanding business requirements, translating them into functional specifications, managing data mapping, and ensuring data quality across the Eagle platform.
Key Responsibilities
• Work closely with investment operations, technology teams, and data stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to Eagle PACE.
• Design and maintain data mapping across upstream and downstream systems, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with business rules.
• Support and troubleshoot Eagle PACE data flows, including security master, pricing, positions, transactions, and reference data.
• Develop SQL queries to analyze datasets, identify issues, validate transformations, and support ongoing production activities.
• Partner with developers to refine functional specifications and validate technical implementations.
• Assist in process optimization by identifying data gaps, workflow inefficiencies, and system improvements.
• Participate in testing initiatives (UAT, regression testing) to ensure clean data movement and accurate system behavior.
• Prepare documentation, workflow diagrams, and data dictionaries to support transparency and knowledge sharing.
