β€’ β€’ β€’ This is a CONTRACT-TO-HIRE opportunity and is ONSITE 4 days/week in Morris County NJ β€’ β€’ β€’ β€’ Must have eCommerce ANALYTICS experience β€’ Robert Half's retail client is looking for an Ecommerce Analyst for a contract-to-hire opportunity. This will be 4 days/week onsite in Morris County NJ and 1 day/week remote. We’re looking for an analytical and detail-oriented Ecommerce Analyst to drive online sales performance and enhance customer experience. In this role, you’ll partner with marketing and sales teams to uncover insights, optimize conversion, and support revenue growth through data-driven strategies. What You’ll Do: β€’ Monitor and analyze key ecommerce metrics (traffic, conversion, AOV, revenue, CLV). β€’ Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, SQL, and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker Studio). β€’ Experience with ecommerce platforms (Shopify, AEM, Amazon Vendor/Seller Central, Walmart Connect, 3P Marketplaces etc.) preferred. β€’ Deliver actionable insights through regular and ad-hoc reporting. β€’ Analyze customer behavior, product performance, and pricing to identify growth opportunities. β€’ Support A/B testing, SEO optimization, and competitive benchmarking. β€’ Evaluate ROI across paid, social, email, affiliate, and marketplace channels. β€’ Collaborate on attribution modeling, demand forecasting, and advanced analytics initiatives. What We’re Looking For: β€’ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or related field. β€’ 3–5 years of experience in ecommerce analytics or digital marketing. β€’ Proficiency in SQL, Excel/Google Sheets, and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker Studio). β€’ Experience with GA4, GTM, and ecommerce platforms (Shopify, Amazon, Walmart Connect). β€’ Strong communication skills and ability to turn data into actionable insights.
