Job Description Insight Global is seeking a highly analytical, detail‑oriented, and data‑driven professional to support a fast‑paced E‑Commerce organization as a Digital & E‑Commerce Data Analyst. This role is critical in powering the business with timely, accurate insights—supporting weekly analysis, diagnosing performance trends, and enabling leadership with data‑driven storytelling. This individual will operate at the intersection of data, business performance, and digital commerce. They will pull data from multiple dashboards and systems, synthesize insights, and provide actionable recommendations that influence cross‑functional teams. The ideal candidate thrives in ambiguity, works with urgency, maintains 80% accuracy at speed, and can translate complex data into clear narratives that drive decisions. Strong data‑comprehension skills, the ability to analyze and truly understand data patterns, and confident communication are essential for success. Key Responsibilities Pull, clean, and analyze data from multiple dashboards and systems—including those that are not easily accessible—to provide a full view of business and site performance. Build and maintain Excel‑based tools, including pivot tables, charts, trackers, and advanced models. Leverage BI platforms (especially Tableau) to visualize data and build clear, digestible dashboards. Pull and analyze data from Adobe Analytics/Omniture, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, CRM systems, internal databases, and digital marketplaces. Conduct deep‑dive analyses on traffic, conversion, product performance, AUR, AOV, promotional impact, and week‑over‑week trends. Diagnose business issues, identify anomalies, and surface insights and opportunities grounded in data logic. Translate raw data into clear, compelling insights that explain the “why” behind performance shifts, consumer behavior, pricing impacts, and funnel friction. Provide weekly insights and summaries to support leadership touchpoints and team discussions. Partner closely with e‑commerce, merchandising, planning, marketing, and digital operations teams to support recurring dashboards, ad‑hoc asks, and leadership reporting. Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to answer analytical questions and ensure insights are actionable and accurate. Navigate and interpret multiple dashboards, applying work‑arounds where necessary to pull complete data sets. Evaluate the full e‑commerce funnel (view → add to cart → checkout → purchase) to identify drop‑off points and recommend optimizations. Support forecasting and business planning through key KPI trend analysis.
