Role description
Contract-to-hire opportunity 3 month initial contract, opportunity to convert to a permanent role based on performance Only applicants located in the Eastern Time Zone will be considered 40 hours/week Pay range $50-$65/hr. Our client is a high growth health and longevity brand backed by cutting-edge science developing products for health, nutrition, skin and beyond. They are seeking an Ecommerce Analytics Manager, to support their growth. This role will provide actionable insights that support growth and strategic initiatives. They will be responsible for online sales channels (DTC & Amazon) reporting & analysis, concentrating on leveraging data and learnings to increase revenue, profitability and customer retention efforts. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role is essential, as is experience working in analytics or growth teams in CPG / DTC brands selling physical products, consumables or hard goods across multiple online sales channels. The Ecommerce Analytics Manager will bring experience and expertise in data analysis and business strategy to help us achieve our growth goals and optimize our customer journey. Our client is seeking a candidate with a strong background in the health and wellness industry, experience specifically with in supplements, skincare, and healthy aging products is a significant advantage. What you'll be doing: • Advanced Data Analysis & Predictive Modeling: Proactively identify trends and anomalies within complex ecommerce datasets. Utilize statistical methods and predictive modeling to forecast performance, identify risks, and uncover growth opportunities. Translate data findings into clear, actionable recommendations for strategic business decisions. • Strategic Performance Measurement & Optimization: Define, monitor, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and their impact on business objectives. Develop sophisticated executive reports, offering analytical interpretations. • Multi-touch Attribution Modeling & Optimization: Lead the development and optimization of advanced multi-touch attribution models (Converge & Prescient). Analyze complex customer journeys across online sales channels to quantify the impact of marketing and sales touchpoints on conversions and revenue. Provide deep insights to optimize spend and strategy for maximum ROI. • Deep Consumer & Product Insights: Collaborate to execute analytical frameworks for consumer insights. This includes in-depth analysis of customer segmentation, lifetime value (LTV), churn drivers, and purchase behavior across all online sales channels. Proactively identify retention levers and inform product development based on quantitative data. • Robust Business Intelligence: Design, develop, and maintain advanced business intelligence solutions, interactive dashboards, and analytical reports. Support multiple departments with analytical capabilities and data-driven insights. Focus on tools that enable deeper data exploration and hypothesis testing. • Cross-Functional Partnership: Serve as the primary analytical partner for cross-functional teams, translating complex business questions into analytical problems. Deliver robust, data-driven solutions. • Analytical Innovation: proactively research and implement new analytical tools and processes to enhance data accuracy, analytical depth, and reporting efficiency. Establish stringent data governance standards for data integrity and reliability. ETL, Data modeling, Data Warehousing, Data Quality and/or Process Automation experience will be required. • Preferred Platforms: • Reporting & Analytics: PowerBI, SQL, Google Analytics (GA4), ERP Business Central. Google Cloud Platform (GCP), AWS, Snowflake, Big Query, SQL, Data Flow. • Ecommerce/Digital: Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, Klaviyo, Google Ads Manager, META Ads Manager, Tiktok Ads Manager.
