Electronic Data Interchange Analyst

We are actively hiring an experienced EDI Analyst for a long-term contract opportunity with a leading organization in the manufacturing industry. Key Responsibilities: • Manage onboarding and implementation of new EDI trading partners. • Analyse retailer-specific EDI requirements and configure transaction mappings. • Monitor daily EDI transactions and troubleshoot processing failures. • Support testing, certification, and production deployments. • Ensure compliance with retailer EDI standards and minimize transaction errors. • Collaborate with business, ERP, integration, and supply chain teams to deliver reliable B2B integrations. • Maintain EDI documentation, mapping specifications, and operational reports. Required Skill: • 5+ years of experience in EDI implementation and production support • Strong knowledge of ANSI X12 EDI standards • Experience with transaction sets including 850, 855, 857, 810, and 820 • Hands-on experience supporting major retail trading partners such as Lowe's, Home Depot, Amazon, Walmart, or similar. • Expertise in EDI mapping, testing, validation, troubleshooting, and transaction monitoring • Strong SQL, Excel, and data reconciliation skills. • Good understanding of Order-to-Cash, Supply Chain, and B2B integration workflows. Preferred Skills: • Experience with EDI platforms such as IBM Sterling, SPS Commerce, TrueCommerce, Boomi, MuleSoft, Gentran, or similar. • Knowledge of ERP systems including Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP, Oracle, or AS/400. • Experience in manufacturing, retail, distribution, or supply chain environments. • Familiarity with APIs and modern integration technologies.
