Overview of the Role Our global financial services client's internal agency is seeking an experienced Email Developer to join a dynamic in-house creative team. This role focuses on building and executing high-quality, data-driven email campaigns that enhance customer engagement and deliver exceptional user experiences. You will collaborate closely with marketing and business partners to bring strategic visions to life while ensuring technical excellence and compliance with industry standards. The Basics • Duration: 18-month contract • Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week • Location: Hybrid schedule (3-4 days onsite per week) • Preferred: Austin, TX • Also considered: Westlake, Dallas, or Fort Worth, TX Please note: This opportunity is not open to Corp-to-Corp (C2C) arrangements. We are only considering candidates who are eligible to work directly as W-2 employees with our organization. Top 3 Required Qualifications 1. Proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (including email, social, SMS channels) and related tools such as Content Builder and Campaign Studio. 1. Advanced email development skills, including HTML/CSS troubleshooting, dynamic content, and compliance with accessibility and regulatory standards. 1. Experience executing complex, segmented campaigns with strong understanding of data extensions, AMPscript, and integration with external systems (APIs). Other Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field. • 5+ years of hands-on email development experience (skill level prioritized over tenure). • Familiarity with SFDC-to-SFMC connectors and Einstein implementation. • Working knowledge of JavaScript, jQuery, Next.js, and Adobe Creative Suite. • Prior experience in financial services or agency environment is a plus. Key Responsibilities • Develop, test, and launch complex email campaigns with dynamic content and rigorous QA processes. • Apply best practices for email development, compliance, and accessibility standards. • Troubleshoot technical issues related to HTML, CSS, and performance optimization. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and improve workflows. • Analyze business and system requirements to provide effective technical solutions. • Share knowledge and mentor team members to elevate overall technical capabilities. • In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data, including financial information. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
