We are looking for a highly experienced Encompass Developer & Workflow Specialist with strong expertise in ICE Encompass LOS to support. The role focuses heavily on workflow design, automation, integrations, and platform optimization across the mortgage origination lifecycle.

9+ years of hands-on experience with ICE Encompass LOS
Strong knowledge of end-to-end mortgage origination workflows
Experience with Encompass Web and SmartClient
Support across Dev, QA, UAT, and Production environments
Manage Encompass releases, patches, and upgrades
Workflow Design & Optimization (Core Focus)
Design and implement complex loan workflows
Task-Based Workflow (TBW) configuration and rollout
Milestone orchestration and stage gating
Enhanced Conditions standardization
Exception handling and escalation logic
Role-based workflows for LO, Processor, Underwriter, Closer, and Funder
Business Rules & Automation
Advanced configuration of Encompass Business Rules Engine
Conditional logic, calculations, triggers, and validations
Automation of manual processes and data entry
Eligibility, readiness, and compliance-driven rules
SDK & API Integrations
Strong experience with Encompass SDK (C#/.NET)
Hands-on experience with Encompass Partner Connect (EPC) REST APIs
Event-driven integrations and webhooks
API security, authentication, and error handling
Experience with SDK-to-API migration
Third-Party Integrations
Credit, income, asset, VOE, flood, AVM, and document preparation services
AUS integrations (DU / LP)
Data mapping, validation, vendor coordination, and troubleshooting
Data & Reporting
Experience with Encompass Data Connect and Reporting Database
Strong SQL skills for reporting and analysis
Workflow performance metrics and root-cause analysis
Audit support and traceability
