End User Compute Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled EUC Engineer with deep hands-on experience in VMware Omnissa Workspace ONE and Horizon environments. The ideal candidate will have strong networking fundamentals, extensive experience in Zero Touch Provisioning, and proven capabilities in managing Apple devices (iOS/iPadOS) using Apple Business Manager (ABM) with Omnissa MDM push configurations. Experience supporting peripheral integrations, kiosk deployments, and PCI-compliant environments is critical. Key Responsibilities Workspace ONE & Horizon • Design, deploy, and support VMware Omnissa Workspace ONE UEM and Horizon environments • Manage device onboarding, profiles, policies, compliance rules, and application delivery • Troubleshoot complex Workspace ONE and Horizon issues across devices and platforms Zero Touch Provisioning & Apple Ecosystem • Implement and support Zero Touch / Automated Device Enrollment using Apple Business Manager (ABM) • Configure and manage MDM push certificates, APNs, DEP, VPP, and supervised device workflows • Automate provisioning and lifecycle management of iOS & iPadOS devices Networking & Security • Apply strong networking knowledge (DNS, DHCP, VPN, proxies, firewalls, certificates) to EUC designs • Support secure connectivity for remote and on-prem Horizon and mobile users • Ensure compliance with PCI and enterprise security standards Peripheral & Specialized Deployments • Integrate and support peripherals (scanners, printers, payment devices, Bluetooth accessories) with iOS/iPads • Implement and manage kiosk mode and single-purpose device configurations • Support PCI-compliant and regulated environments • Experience with ASAM (Any Supported Application Mode) or equivalent application-restricted device modes Required Skills & Qualifications Technical Skills • Strong hands-on experience with VMware Omnissa Workspace ONE UEM & Horizon • Expertise in Apple Business Manager (ABM) and Zero Touch provisioning • Advanced knowledge of iOS/iPadOS device management • Solid networking fundamentals (L3/L4, VPNs, certificates, load balancers) • Hands-on experience with peripheral device integration • Knowledge of Kiosk, PCI compliance, and secure endpoint configurations Soft Skills • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills • Ability to work independently in an offshore model • Excellent documentation and communication skills • Experience working with global teams across time zones Nice to Have • VMware Workspace ONE or Omnissa certifications • Apple certifications (ACSP, ACMT, or equivalent) • Automation or scripting experience (PowerShell, Bash, REST APIs) • Experience with Windows, macOS, or Android device management
