About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Endpoint Management Engineer to support a modern enterprise device management environment. This role focuses on macOS administration, application lifecycle management, endpoint security, and delivering a seamless end-user experience through Workspace ONE and identity management solutions.
Key Responsibilities
• Administer and optimize the VMware Workspace ONE UEM environment for enterprise endpoints.
• Package, test, deploy, and maintain software across macOS and Windows devices.
• Develop and manage configuration profiles, compliance policies, and device provisioning workflows.
• Maintain application versioning, patch management, and software deployment processes.
• Troubleshoot endpoint enrollment, software distribution, and policy-related issues.
• Collaborate with Security and IT teams to implement endpoint protection, encryption, and compliance standards.
• Automate routine administration tasks using Bash and PowerShell scripting.
• Maintain accurate technical documentation and support operational best practices.
Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience with VMware Workspace ONE (UEM & Access).
• Strong expertise in macOS administration, including Apple Business Manager (ABM), Automated Device Enrollment (ADE), and Apple VPP.
• Experience packaging and deploying applications using PKG, DMG, MSI, and EXE installers.
• Proficiency in Bash and PowerShell scripting.
• Experience integrating Okta or other Identity & Access Management (IAM) platforms for SSO and authentication.
• Strong knowledge of endpoint security, software deployment, troubleshooting, and lifecycle management.
