Primary Services is excited to announce the role of Endur Data Engineer for a prestigious client operating within a complex and technology-driven commercial environment. As an Endur Data Engineer, you will lead the design and delivery of advanced digital, automation, and AI solutions that improve operational efficiency, accelerate decision-making, and strengthen data governance. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with trading, operations, and technical teams while developing scalable production-ready solutions in a modern Agile environment.
Responsibilities
β’ Design, develop, and implement digital, automation, and AI solutions from concept through production deployment.
β’ Build scalable data engineering workflows using SQL, Python, Databricks, and cloud-based technologies.
β’ Develop proofs-of-concept, prototypes, and enterprise-grade applications aligned with architectural standards.
β’ Collaborate directly with trading, operations, and contract management teams to identify automation opportunities.
β’ Analyze business workflows to identify inefficiencies, operational risks, and process improvement opportunities.
β’ Translate business requirements into measurable digital and AI use cases.
β’ Support AI and automation initiatives involving assistive AI, document automation, and intelligent workflow tools.
β’ Coordinate with architects, security teams, and governance stakeholders to ensure compliance with enterprise standards.
β’ Participate in Agile delivery processes, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and iterative solution releases.
β’ Communicate project progress, technical risks, and solution value to business and IT stakeholders.
β’ Ensure solutions maintain high standards for security, scalability, supportability, and regulatory compliance.
β’ Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives related to digital tools, automation practices, and data management strategies.
Qualifications
β’ Bachelorβs or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Data Science, or related field.
β’ Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience in data engineering, automation, or digital solution delivery.
β’ Strong experience with SQL, Python, Databricks, and Azure cloud technologies.
β’ Experience developing automation solutions using Power Automate, Power Apps, or similar low-code platforms.
β’ Exposure to AI and GenAI technologies, including LangChain, LangGraph, AI Foundry, Databricks Mosaic, or Copilot Studio.
β’ Experience working in Agile delivery environments utilizing Scrum, SAFe, or Kanban methodologies.
β’ Proven background supporting fast-paced business operations with direct stakeholder engagement.
β’ Knowledge of enterprise architecture, data governance, security, and compliance frameworks.
β’ Experience delivering solutions within trading, supply chain, commercial operations, or contract-heavy environments preferred.
β’ Relevant cloud, automation, AI, or Agile certifications preferred.
